I’m super excited about this class. I’ll be team teaching with Amy Lopp of Native Sun Farm. Together we’re pooling our knowledge and experience and teaching you all we know about fermentation – creating “live” food and drinks.
You’ll learn about the fermentation process, it’s history, health benefits, and the “how to” for making kombucha, kefir, apple cider vinegar, and fermented sauces and vegetables. There will be samples for you to try and samples for you to make and take home with you!
