 I’m so excited about our next Farm to Table dinner here at the Lazy B.  I’ve been wanting to cook up some good ole barbeque for one of our dinners and Chef Jeff is super excited about his menu.

AND – I purchased a kegerator for our Cocktail Hour!  Cherokee Moon Mixology will be serving from a proper bar, now located in the herb garden.  Their unique herbal concoctions are truly amazing and so yummy.  Don’t forget to bring your favorite adult beverage bottle with you to see how Cherokee Moon transforms it into a delightfully delicious drink.

The evening wouldn’t be complete without the sounds from two of our favorite banjo and mandolin players, Tommy Jordan and Rob Sutherland.  You can be sure there will be bluegrass filling the air this night!

Barbeque Menu

Appetizers: charcuterie boards in the Herb Garden during the Cocktail Hour.  Farmview cheese, Lazy B goat cheese with honey, seasonal fruit and local artisan bread.

First Course: Brunswick Stew with Jalapeno Cornbread and Lazy B honey butter.

Second Course: Smoked Boston butt, chicken and brisket, all from the Lazy B!    Napa Slaw, Cowboy baked beans and Pickle Brine Potato Salad (Chef Jeff said this is his absolute favorite!) A myriad of sauces will accompany this course.

Dessert Course:  an elevated Banana Pudding from Hilary the Sous Chef!  And if you saw what she did at the last dinner with a cookie, well, you know you’re in for a real treat!
